3. Made-to-Order Products & Production
All products are printed on demand and made specifically for your order. Production time is typically 2–5 business days before shipping. Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal taste.
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage caused in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page with photos and your order number. We will review and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping details, rates, and estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided by you, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, holidays).

All designs, logos, graphics, text, and other content on the Site are owned by Patriot T-Shirt Company or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
